Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for RSA films, which proposes to film at the Caltrans Maintenance Equipment Training Center (META YARD) at 5200 W. HWY, Los Angeles, under Interstate 105, for a scenic driving shoot featuring picture cars in the yard. Activities will include car-to-car filming, arm camera car, drone filming, basecamp, and crew filming parking for the following vehicles: 2 Motorhomes (RVs), 2 semi-trucks, 5 five-ton trucks,1m car hauler,1 pick-up truck w/ trailer for arm camera car, 1 catering truck, 6 vans, and 70 personnel cars. The filming is scheduled for April 4, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No ground disturbance will be necessary. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
