Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for MC Torrance LLC to remove and replace an existing driveway to current city of Torrance standards and place advanced warning signs and temporary traffic control activities on post mile (PM) 16.36 on Pacific Coast Highway, in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles. All work to be done in the State right-of-way. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 18 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 55 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
