While the Napa State Hospital is a historic era facility which meets the criteria for listing of historic resources, the project will occur outside of the historic district, conducted indoors, and it is limited in scope, the activity will not have an adverse effect on the district nor the environment. The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project. The project will not have a significant effect on resources in the area.
