The project will replace an existing air handling unit (AHU No. 3) located within the basement of the JAO. As part of the work, existing connecting chilled water and hot water piping will be replaced as will the flow control valves and instrumentation serving the unit. The flow control valves serving the other air handling units serving the JAO building will also be replaced as part of the work.
