The project is is proposing a safety project to reduce the number and severity of collision related to turning movements at the intersection of State Route 20 (SR) and Humphrey Road in Sutter County, California. Caltrans propose to install a solar flash beacon with Cross Traffic Ahead signs and transverse rumble strips on SR 20 (eastbound and westbound) at post mile (PM) 10.68.
