The project consists of enhancing the existing pedestrian crossings at the intersection of N. Orchard Avenue and Valencia Lane, and East Monte Vista Avenue and West Street. The enhancements consists of the installation of high-visibility yellow crosswalk, advance crossing legends and markings, thermoplastic striping, signage, solar RRFBs system, advance RRFBs, and removing and replacing curb ramps as necessary.
