It is an Affordable Housing Project consisting of 100% income restricted multifamily use. The Project is located on a legal parcel within an urbanized area in the unincorporated County of Napa. The site is vacant and does not contain any prime farmland or farmland of statewide importance, wetlands, hazardous waste, underground storage tanks, earthquake fault zones, special flood hazard areas, conservation areas/ easements, or habitat for protected species that would preclude the CEQA exemption. No significant impacts are anticipated per conducted Phase 1 study.
