Document Description
The project is a request for a parcel map to divide a single 38-acre parcel into five parcels. The western portion of the property is currently developed and used for truck storage and parking (approximately 21 acres), and will be divided into Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 5. The eastern portion of the lot is undeveloped (approximately 17 acres) and will be Parcel 4. Parcel 4 is to be developed and used for truck storage and parking. Implementation of the project will require grading and installation of improvements on Parcel 4. Mass grading will be required for new paved roads - including a driveway across a drainage feature, new gravel truck parking areas, on-site detention basin and outfall structures, and an off-site detention basin to the north of the property, located in Placer County. Improvements will consist of the extension of utilities onto the subject property.
