Document Description
The Applicant proposes installing and operating two ion exchange water treatment systems within the boundaries of their existing water system facilities. The systems will filter uranium out of the drinking water to protect public health. Resin regeneration will be performed using sodium chloride brine stored in on-site brine tanks. Spent regenerant and rinse water will be captured in dedicated on-site waste storage tanks and hauled off-site for proper disposal as required. Wells 2, 4, and 5 will be reactivated.
