Document Description
The Valley Center Municipal Water District (District) is proposing to abandon an existing segment of 10-inch water main that runs north/south from North Broadway, approximately 300 feet south of Paseo Del Norte, south to Kellrae Lane (if extended). With abandonment of the existing pipeline, the project would install a new 12-inch water main located within Kellrae Lane at the termination of the segment to be abandoned. This pipeline segment would run east approximately 200 feet, then south to North Broadway and north to Sylvan Lane. From Sylvan Lane, the project would abandon in place and install a new 12-inch water main in the North Broadway corridor northwest to the northern segment of abandoned pipeline.
