Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Rok Power Company to remove and replace two Southern California Edison (SCE) poles, 4422147E and 4602210E, located on Caltrans right-of-way at 19.28 and 19.88 post miles (PM) on State Route (SR) 150 in the City of Ojai, County of Ventura, as well as temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 120 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 10 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
