Rezone an existing 15.02-acre parcel currently zoned AL-20 (Limited Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) and C-4 (Central Trading). The project proposes to rezone the AL-20 portion of the project site to the R-1-B(c) (Single-Family Residential, 12,500 square-foot minimum parcel size, Conditional) Zone District with shared use of an existing well subject to conditions restricting further sub-division unless/until community water is available, and the C-4 Zone District to remain. If this rezone is approved, the Applicant intends to subdivide the parcel into three (3) 2-acre parcels and a remainder. The remainder parcel would be comprised of land zoned C-4 and R-1-B(c).
