Document Description
An application to modify an existing T-Mobiie wireless facility on a Southern California Edison utility pole located within the pubiic riqht-of—way adiacent to the existinq public restroom building near Lifeguard Tower 13 at Zuma Beach. The project would remove one existing side-mounted antenna, one existing mounting arm, one equipment shroud, two radio units, and one disconnect fuse, and would install one new side-mounted antenna (approximateiy 14.5 inches in diameter) mounted on a new antenna arm, one equipment shroud enclosing pole—mounted radio equipment, two RF caution siqns, replacement coaxial cables, one disconnect fuse, and associated equipment. The existing 42-foot-10-inch wooden utility poie (SCE Pole ID No. 93666OE) wouid remain in place with no chance in height or dimensions. No excavation, trenching, Or new ground—mounted equipment is proposed. and all improvements would occur on the existing pole. In addition to City-issued permits, the applicant would be required to obtain permits for use of the pole from Southern California Edison and an encroachment permit from the California Department of Transportation.
