Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC to place temporary traffic control devices and signage, and to install one of 2 inches underground of high-density polyethylene conduit with fiber-optic cable, to facilitate conduit and trenching in the Caltrans right-of-way, at post mile (PM) R19.73 on the State Route (SR) 170, in the City of North Hollywood, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 4 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
