Document Description
Government Code section 65400 requires the City to prepare an annual Housing Element Annual Progress Report addressing the status of the Housing Element and progress made toward implementing its goals, policies, and programs. The 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress Report summarizes the City’s housing activity and Housing Element implementation progress for calendar year 2025 and is submitted to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) by April 1, 2026.
