Document Description
The Project proposes to demolish approximately 52,693 square feet (SF) of the existing industrial uses onsite and redevelop the 10.66-acre site with a mixed-use residential community. The proposed development would include 159 townhomes and two commercial buildings: a multi-tenant building with a restaurant and two retail spaces and separate restaurant building. The proposed commercial corner would result in 8,700 square feet of retail, and 7,249 square feet of restaurant space, for a total of 15,949 square feet of commercial building area.
