Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-64027-R2, pursuant to Section
1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brent Creese.
The project is limited to the removal and replacement of a 10-foot by 20-foot swim dock and 4
supporting pilings. The four new 8-inch diameter pilings will be driven using a free-fall
hammer on a steel barge. A 3-foot by 30-foot gangway will be installed to connect the swim
dock to an existing pier. No trees or vegetation will be removed for this project.
