Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to NV Energy to use a helicopter to remove and replace three (3) pole structures and install three (3) H-frame structures at Donner Memorial State Park as part of the region-wide 101, 102 and 133 Transmission Line Rebuild Project located between Verdi and Donner Summit in Nevada and Sierra Counties, California. This project will provide reliable electricity to the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area and maintain a reliable electrical load interconnection with California. Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
