The applicant requests adoption of a Resolution to approve a Negative Declaration (ND), a Land Size Variance, and a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) by Arthur Woodall, and Conrad Woodall, to adjust the boundaries of two legal nonconforming parcels by 21.89± acres, while maintaining two legal nonconforming parcels: Parcel 1 – 20.0 ± acres, & Parcel 2 – 74.038 ± acres.
