Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-62891-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Howard Dashiell, representing the Mendocino County Department of Transportation.
The Project is limited to two (2) encroachments. The encroachments are to repair and replace existing culverts damaged during winter storms in 2022 at Mile Post (MP) 16.66 and Mile Post 16.75. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, installation of new concrete headwalls, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
