Document Description
The Menifee Union School District (MUSD) is proposing the construction of a new elementary school on approximately 20 acres at the intersection of McCall Boulevard and Valley Boulevard, located in the City of Menifee. The proposed project involves the construction of a new TK-5 elementary school with an estimated student capacity of 900 students, including up to 34 classrooms, administration offices, library, kitchen, multipurpose room, playfields/playgrounds, and a 200-stall parking lot with a student
pickup/drop off areas. The school site will be accessed from Valley Boulevard which will be extended from McCall Boulevard along the northern boundary of the school site.
