Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of minor exterior modifications and tenant improvements to an existing 1,144 square foot commercial space. The scope of work includes interior improvements to accommodate the proposed restaurant use. Exterior improvements are limited and include re-stuccoing portions of the building façade, rehabilitating the existing patio cover (including a new roof and new steel posts), replacement of roof shingles, and repainting the structure. The proposed modifications would not result in new or more severe environmental impacts.
