Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-63157-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jason Zumalt.
The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment including water diversion from an
existing onstream reservoir, and repairs to the spillway. Work for the water diversion is associated with Water Right ID No. A023792 and will include operation and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure, and modifications as needed to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Water is diverted for frost protection and irrigation of cannabis, vineyard, vegetables, flowers, and an orchard. Work for the spillway repairs will include removal of the overhanging end of the concrete-lined channel and the existing rock, and installation of approximately 15 cubic yards of new 6–9-inch angular rock riprap with a minimum thickness of 18 inches in an area of approximately 25-feet-long by 10.5-feet-wide. The spillway shall not be used as a seasonal vehicular crossing without prior notification to CDFW.
