Document Description
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power plans to repair approximately 250 feet of conduit within the 210 Freeway overpass structure located near the intersection of Foothill Blvd. and Hubbard St. in Los Angeles, CA. The project entails excavation of two pits measuring approximately 4 feet by 7 feet on the outside edges of the concrete bridge to access and repair the existing conduit within the overpass structure. The area will be restored once the replacement is complete.

Class 2 consists of construction and location of limited number of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures. Section 15303(d) includes water main, sewage, electrical, gas, and other utility extensions, including street improvements, of reasonable length to serve such construction.
