Document Description
The Project would address water intrusion and deterioration associated with the existing canopy by removing and replacing the existing roofing drainage components and waterproofing. This would also address repairs to the existing concrete and reinforcing steel where deterioration has occurred, and would include patching and repainting the canopy ceiling finishes to match existing conditions. The Project would include limited abatement and plaster repairs to address localized deterioration. All work would occur within the limits of the existing canopy structure and would not result in the expansion of the building footprint, height, or use.
