Pursuant to Sections 15301 of the Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) of 1970, as amended, this project is determined to be exempt pursuant to Class 1, Existing Facilities, which consist of the operation, repair, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use. The proposed project improvements are within existing City right-of-way and consist of adding cameras to existing utility/light poles. The project does not include any unusual circumstances that could result in a significant environmental effect
