Document Description
(1) The project will involve installing of a new pump in the existing Main Stormwater Pump Station, installing a flow meter vault, installing a stormwater collection system (storage structure, valve vault, sample location), grading and paving, installing erosion control measures, and other minor drainage improvements across the site. All construction activities are within the Valencia WRP facility boundaries. (2) The Saugus bypass gate structure includes installation of a new bypass gate structure, relocation of the gate actuator to an above-grade position to reduce exposure to corrosion, and installation of a new control panel. The new bypass gate and associated facilities will be constructed at the Green Landscape Nursery site, owned by Metropolitan Water District (MWD).
