Storm runoff damaged Bridge 54-0880, including railing damage, backfill erosion at wing and cutoff walls, and undermined/broken sidewalk, drain, and roadway damage. All work will be done within the State Right of Way.

Form adapted from Appendix E of the CEQA Guidelines August 2024 This project is exempt under CEQA (Class 1(d) Existing Facility) Restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standards of public health and safety, unless it is determined that the CEQA Guidelines Association of Environmental Professionals 2020 269 damage was substantial and resulted from an environmental hazard such as earthquake, landslide, or flood because it consists of minor repair and maintenance of existing facilities with no expansion of use, and no exceptions apply.
