Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Frontier Communications to install fiber optic cable within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route 150 between post miles (PM) 31.457 and 32.271, as well as perform traffic control activities in the City of Santa Paula, Ventura County. The proposed work will include placing the fiber cable on an existing strand and boring to install the duct. Maximum excavation depth will be 42 inches and have an average width and length of 4 inches by 175 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
