Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 100-foot-tall wireless telecommunications monopine tower on a 4.91-acre parcel. The tower and associated equipment would be located within a 2,500-square-foot (50' x 50') enclosed lease area and secured by an 8-foot-tall chain-link fence with green privacy slats. Project construction includes underground installation of electrical service from an existing utility pole located approximately 290 feet east of the site, requiring trenching along that alignment. Access to the facility would be provided by a 12-foot-wide gravel driveway within a 15-foot-wide access easement from Weger Road. The facility would include a backup diesel generator and is designed to accommodate future co-location by additional wireless carriers.
