Document Description
Rehabilitation and compliance improvements at the WWTF to meet NPDES Order No. R1-2023-0039 and TSO R1-2025-0015 to allow continuation of existing development without increasing the WWTF’s permitted capacity. Specifically, the project aims to achieve the following objectives: 1) Provide membrane bioreactor (MBR) redundancy; 2) Improve alternate secondary treatment process to achieve effluent limit compliance; 3) Add storage volume to the solids handling process to allow for operational flexibility and; 4) Improve or replace failing equipment related to existing processes.
