Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-VEN-63460-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison (Permittee), as represented by Victoria Parsons.
The Project consists of an access path over vegetation, replacement of one pole, pouring concrete, and creating a new caisson. The activities include vegetation trimming, overland travel, excavating, and conducting one pole replacement. The Project also includes the restoration of areas temporarily impacted by the activities covered under this Agreement. Temporary impacts will occur to 0.76 acre consisting of vegetation trimming and crushing, staging, overland travel, excavation, and general work activities. Activities contributed to the permanent impacts of the Project are limited to the location of the new pole.
