The project is located in the City of Downey. The segment downstream end is located about 150 feet south from the intersection of Nance Avenue (Ave) and Woodruff Ave (MH 02 0692), continues northwest adjacent to the Union Pacific Rail Road for approximately 2,131 feet, then continues northeast toward Firestone Boulevard (Blvd) for approximately 463 feet, and runs northwest along Firestone Blvd for 457 feet. 750 feet southeast from the intersection of Firestone Blvd and Lakewood Blvd, the segment continues for approximately 147 feet north across Firestone Blvd, then continues northeast along Stonewood Street (St) for approximately 1,351 feet. At the intersection of Cecilia St and Stonewood St, the segment continues northwest for approximately 340 feet and ends at the intersection of Cecilia St and Lakewood Blvd (MH 02 0216). Approximately 543 feet of the alignment are in the public right-of-way and the remaining 4,346 feet of the alignment
are located within private properties.
