Document Description
An Encroachment permit project proposes to construct of ingress/egress access to State Highway 74. Activities include: 1. the construction of 2 existing drive approaches and the adjacent sidewalk to the nearest control joint will be demolished; Installation of 1 new drive approach per City of Hemet Std. No. C-210A; Installation of a new sidewalk, curb, and gutter in place of the west-most demolished drive approach; Trench & backfill from the property line to the existing water line in Florida Avenue, to install 1-6" fire, 1-1" irrigation water, and 1-2" domestic water line connections; and. Trench and backfill from the property line to the existing sewer line in Florida Avenue to install a lateral 6" sewer line.
