Reasons for Exemption
The City of Mountain View adopted the Shoreline Wildlife Management Plan (SWMP) in 2023 to address the maintenance, restoration, enhancement and protection of the environment in Shoreline Regional Park, including the areas addressed in this project. The SWMP provides procedures for protection of the environment and lists habitat enhancement in these two areas as projects to benefit the wildlife at Shoreline.
