Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-51532-R2 Amendment No. 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Cedar Flat Improvement Association. The project amendment includes the placement of an additional seven (7) mooring buoys and associated anchor blocks located lakeward of their corresponding parcels. All seven (7) mooring buoy anchor blocks will be placed in Tahoe Regional Planning Agency mapped marginal fish habitat and will result in impacts to approximately 56 square feet of lakebed.
