Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Biscuit Filmworks to film a TV commercial. The filming will take place on LA-105 between Crenshaw Boulevard and Wilmington Avenue (PM R4.73 and PM R9.80), in the City of Los Angeles. Activities will include camera in one car followed by two background picture cars driving with the flow of traffic during filming. No ground disturbance will be necessary. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
