Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to Granite Construction Company to access and use the overflow parking lot at Ed Z'Berg Sugar Pine Point State Park as a staging area and Residence Lot 1 as a material stockpile area in support of the adjacent Tahoe City Public Utilities District (TCPUD) Tahoe Cedars Water System Reconstruction project located outside of park property. Work will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
