Document Description
The Project will consist of a small outdoor cultivation license for commercial cannabis. The project site is located at 10201 Old River Road in Mendocino County CA 95449 (APN 047-310-12-00). The proposed project is for 9,016 sf of mature cultivation and 250 immature canopy within a 0.75-acre project footprint. The current cannabis cultivation footprint was established circa 2021. Irrigation is supplied by an existing on-site ground water well and is anticipated to require 125,000 gallons a year. Power is supplied by PG&E through existing infrastructure with a yearly projection total of 5000 kWh.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
