Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-59705-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jess Gregory. The project is limited to the repair of an existing onstream reservoir with an earthen embankment. The reservoir is located on an ephemeral stream. The repairs to the earthen embankment will include a top width of 10 feet, a 3:1 slope on the upstream side, a 2:1 slope on the downstream side, and a 6 inch C900 pipe with a Waterman gate valve drain. The project will also include excavation of an appropriately sized spillway with 2:1 side slopes. Bullfrog management is not necessary because the pond dries up every year.
