Document Description
The Covey Transmission Pipeline project consists of the installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of new 18-inch potable water pipeline along Fran Lou Drive, Los Olivos Drive, and Jaclyn Avenue between Perris Boulevard and Kitching Street. The purpose of the project is to improve fire flow, level of service, and increase reliability within Eastern Municipal Water District's (EMWD) Dale 2194 Pressure Zone (PZ). The beneficiaries of this project are EMWD ratepayers, particularly those residing in Dale 2194 PZ.
