Document Description
The Project will consist of a small outdoor cultivation license for commercial cannabis. The project site is located at 1660 Center Valley Rd in Willits Mendocino County CA 95490 (APN 103-070-04-00). The proposed project is for 9,995 sf of mature cultivation within a 39-acre parcel. Historic images show what appears to be cannabis cultivation on site as early as 2017. Irrigation is supplied by an existing on-site ground water well. Maximum annual water is estimated at 64,000 gallons. Power is supplied by PG&E through existing infrastructure with a yearly projection total of 5000 kWh.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
