Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-60965-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tara Kassity. The project is limited to the demolition and removal of an existing private single-use pier and appurtenant retaining wall located at 6259 North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista, California. The pier and retaining will be removed via an amphibious barge staged in the lake adjacent to the pier. The waste material from project will be transported via barge to an approved offloading site where it will be taken by trailer or dump trucks to an approved disposal facility.
