Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to remove a damaged ground pedestal and replace with 24 inch by 36 inch by 36 inch flush mount vault; at postmile (PM) 22.39 and perform temporary associated traffic control activities; within State right-of-way, on State Route (SR) 1 at Solimar Beach Dr, in the city of Ventura, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 3 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
