Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to replace deteriorated pole #1616279E within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 33 at post mile (PM) 12.53, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Ojai, Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 8 feet, minimum depth of 6 feet, and average width and length of 2 feet by 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW with be acquired.
