(e) Additions to existing structures provided that the addition will not result in an
increase of more than: (1) 50 percent of the floor area of the structures before the addition, or 2,500 square feet, whichever is less. The project proposes 8 additional RV parking staffs which is a 20% increase. Staff believes that the proposed change is minor.
