Document Description
Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration: Westside Aggregates, Inc. proposes to develop, operate, and reclaim an aggregate mining operation on an approximately 200-acre project site approximately 4 miles west of Arbuckle. The project includes a 23-acre processing plant site, five excavation areas, settling ponds, and a water supply pond. Up to 9.5 million tons of aggregate would be extracted at a maximum rate of 2,000,000 tons per year. The site would be reclaimed to open space suitable to support agriculture and related uses.
