This project is statutorily exempt in that the project is a housing development project on a site less than 20 acres that meets all applicable eligibility requirements. In accordance with PRC Section 21080.66, the City invited all California Native American Tribes that are traditionally and culturally affiliated with the project to consult on the proposed project on July 15, 2025. The City received zero requests to consult thus the consultant period closed on September 13, 2025.
