The leased space will consist of approximately 121,074 square feet of office space plus 2,164 square feet of
storage space with improvements to workspaces, conference rooms, breakrooms, lighting and flooring, and the installation of access control and alarm systems. The improvements will not substantially alter the original use or capacity of the current facility; therefore, the project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
