Document Description
The project consists of right of entry permit for the California Department of Transportation to access County property for replacing the existing sidewalk and curb ramp that does not meet ADA compliance with an ADA compliant sidewalk and curb ramp over about two hundred and ten (210) square feet of County owned property. A section of the ramp as well as the tie-in to existing sidewalk are in the County parcel. The permit term begins upon commencement of work, but not before February 15, 2027, and expires three weeks after the commencement date or February 28, 2029, whichever is earlier.

Further, no exceptions listed in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 apply to the project. Additionally, the project will not impact environmental resources of hazardous or critical concern that are designated, precisely mapped and officially adopted by government agencies; does not contribute to cumulative environmental impact; will not have a significant impact on the environment due to unusual circumstances; does not damage scenic resources within a designated state scenic highway; and is not on the list of Hazardous Waste and Substance Sites pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.
